Guidelines
- All abstract presenters have to be registered for the Conference before submission. If you have not yet registered for the conference kindly REGISTER.
- The participation certificates shall only be given for registered delegates
- Last date of Uploading the Abstract is 10th December, 2024
- The work should not have been published nor presented at any other public forum prior to the present submission.
- Structure the abstract as Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion
- Maximum word count of the Abstract is 300 words
- Presenting author should be a registered delegate of the CMC Conference 2025
- Fill the title and abstract details separately in the space provided
- All delegates who have chosen poster will be allotted for poster presentation by default.
- Delegates who have chosen oral presentation will be informed regarding the type of presentation after discussion by the scientific committee, at least one month prior to the conference date.
- The decision of the scientific committee is final regarding the selection of the abstract for Oral / Poster Presentation.
- if the abstract category chosen is not correct, the scientific committee has the right to re allot to the correct category.

- Details on Select as Oral/Poster : All delegates who have chosen oral presentation shall be intimated about the type of presentation by 28th of December, 2024
