Registration Guidelines

  • Registration Compulsory for Abstract Submission
  • Registration fees include admission to all the conference sessions including workshops, 2 days lunch and delegate kit.
  • Make sure to mention the email id & mobile number that you use regularly. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • It is mandatory to submit the permission letter from the HOD to avail of registration in the post-graduate category.
  • For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted in the mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.

 

Payment Mode

  • For Delegates from India: Delegates from India should pay online using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking options, or UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.).
  • For Foreign Delegates: Wire transfer details will be provided upon submitting your registration form. Delegates are requested to make the payment using the provided wire transfer details and share the payment confirmation via email to endowdf@yahoo.com. We will send you the completed registration details once the payment is received.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Refunds are not possible after registration.
