Dr. R Santosh

Dr R Santosh completed his MD Medicine from JIPMER Pondicherry and DM Endocrinology from PGI Chandigarh. He began his career at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He became an entrepreneur in late 2012. He is one of the founder directors of the Magna Centres for Obesity, Diabetes and Endocrinology, an outpatient consortium of ten endocrinology clinics (as on date).

He has an interest in academics and has presented in more than 1100 scientific forums. He has been invited as faculty in 12 conferences in foreign soil thus far, and in many national and regional conferences. He has presented papers in numerous international and national conferences as well. He has been an invited guest lecturer for many UG programs, public programs, IT corporate programs and has also addressed management topics thrice in management colleges. He is the author of 44 indexed publications as on date. He has been the organising secretary of the Endocrine Society Annual Conference and the South Asian Federation of Endocrine Societies Conference held in Hyderabad in Dec 2023. He is presently the Treasurer of the Endocrine Society of India.

He is the author of six fiction novels, of which three were best sellers. He is a cult follower of Pink Floyd and an ardent Manchester City Football club follower.
