Prof. Vandana Jain
Prof. Vandana Jain from the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at AIIMS Delhi, serves as the Co-ordinator for the DM Pediatric Endocrinology Program. Her academic and professional accolades include: MD Pediatrics (MAMC), Fellowship in Medical Education (GSMC-FAIMER), LWPES scholarship in Pediatric Endocrinology, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, and SCE (Endocrinology and Diabetes), Royal College of Physicians, UK.
Prof. Vandana Jain’s chief research interests encompass the effect of infancy growth and fat gain trajectory on later cardio-metabolic outcomes, metabolic syndrome and NAFLD in adolescents, innovations in diabetes care, and disorders of sex development. She has completed over 20 funded research projects as Principal Investigator.
Prof. Vandana Jain is the editor of the textbook: Case Based Reviews in Pediatric Endocrinology. Her research work spans across more than 139 peer-reviewed publications.
