Professor Charlotte M. Bavuma
Professor Charlotte M. Bavuma is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine/Endocrinology and the Deputy Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research at the University of Rwanda.
She is also a Board member of the Rwanda Biomedical Centre, the country's central health implementation center.
Her research interests primarily focus on diabetes in rural sub-Saharan Africa, including the epidemiological trends, as well as the sociodemographic, clinical, and bio-immunological characteristics of the condition in this region.
